Their team was enthusiastic, listened to our requirements carefully and successfully completed the whole work from bare RCC shell stage up to the handover stage, within the stipulated time and assigned budget. The overall expertized layout planning and the effective use of company branding in furniture detailing has seamlessly created a superior user experience. Working with Modular has been a satisfying and fulfilling experience and we have worked with them since then for developing the interiors of 2 more office spaces and many medium sized projects totaling our full office area of 70,000 sq. ft.
